Privacy Policy
Kingdom of Zion · Last revised September 2026
Kingdom of Zion ("we", "us", "KOZ") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
We collect information you give us directly, through the contact form, the budget calculator, WhatsApp, email, or phone. Depending on how you reach us, this can include your name, phone number, email address, event date, guest count, city, budget range, and any details you share about what you're planning.
We also collect some technical information automatically when you visit the site, such as your browser type, device, approximate location, and which pages you viewed. This helps us understand how the site is used and fix things that don't work well.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and discuss your event
- To send you the budget estimate you requested, and a copy by email if you asked for one
- To keep a record of past conversations so you don't have to repeat yourself
- To improve the website and understand what visitors are looking for
- To send you a welcome note from the team, if you claimed one
We do not use your information to send you a newsletter or marketing emails unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information to anyone. We may share relevant details with vendors and partners directly involved in producing your event (for example, a venue or caterer you've asked us to book), and only what they need to do their part.
We may also share information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Kingdom of Zion, our clients, or others.
How we store it
We keep your information only as long as we reasonably need it, for an active enquiry, an ongoing event, or as required by law for financial records. We take reasonable steps to keep it secure, but no method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
Cookies
This site may use cookies or similar technologies to remember basic preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Turning them off may affect how parts of the site work.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that's inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we're not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons
- Withdraw consent for anything you'd previously agreed to
To do any of this, write to us at contact@kingdomofzion.co. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has shared information with us, please contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our services or the law changes. The date at the top will show when it was last revised. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
