Terms and Conditions
Kingdom of Zion · Last revised September 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and, where relevant, your engagement of Kingdom of Zion's event planning services. By using this site or working with us, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Who we are
Kingdom of Zion is a celebration house based in Delhi NCR and Uttarakhand, with its studio at Sector 102, Gurugram.
Using this website
This website is provided for you to learn about our services, view our work, estimate a budget, and get in touch. You agree to use it only for these purposes, and not in any way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the site or anyone else's use of it.
We've written and designed this site with care, and it belongs to Kingdom of Zion. You're welcome to share links to it, but please don't copy or republish our content, photography, or design without asking us first.
The budget calculator
The budget calculator gives you an indicative range based on the information you enter. It's meant to help you plan, not as a fixed quote or a binding offer. The actual cost of your event depends on your final choices, the season, venue, availability, and market rates at the time of booking, and will always be confirmed with you directly before anything is booked.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a booking or a contract between you and Kingdom of Zion. A booking is confirmed only once we've discussed your event, agreed on scope and pricing, and both sides have signed a service agreement or confirmed in writing.
Payments, cancellations and postponements
Payment schedules, deposits, and cancellation or postponement terms are set out in the service agreement for each booking. For details before you book, please contact us or message us on WhatsApp.
Working with vendors
Many events involve third party vendors — venues, caterers, photographers, performers, and others. Where we recommend or book a vendor on your behalf, we do so in good faith and based on our experience working with them. However, the vendor's own terms, availability, and performance are ultimately their responsibility, not ours, and any separate contract you sign with a vendor is between you and them.
Photography and portfolio use
With your permission, we may photograph or film your event and use a selection of images in our portfolio, on this website, or on our social media, to show the kind of work we do. We will always ask before doing this, and you're free to say no. If you'd like something removed after it's been published, let us know and we'll take it down.
Liability
We plan and produce events with care, and we work with vendors we trust. That said, some things sit outside anyone's control — weather, last-minute vendor issues, travel delays, or circumstances beyond reasonable planning. To the extent permitted by law, Kingdom of Zion's liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount paid to us for that event, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under Indian law.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for a failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, or similar circumstances. Where this affects a booked event, we'll work with you in good faith on rescheduling or an appropriate resolution.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. Continuing to use the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
